Cut in thin slices or spiralized.
Heat oil in wok or saucepan.
Sizzle dried spices in the hot oil for a minute.
Add zucchini and apple slices.
Stir fry until zucchini is tender – do not add any water.
Sprinkle turmeric into the mix and stir; add cumin coriander powder, and salt.
Cook for a minute or so.
2 or 3 zucchinis 1/4 thinly sliced apple 2 thinly sliced Serrano's 1 pinch whole coriander seeds; 1 pinch cumin seeds. 1 pinch mustard seeds 1 table spoon oil 1/4 spoon turmeric 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder pinch or more salt to taste
